Alternative conceptions of Adaptation and Evolution refer to certain ideas that allow students can make sense of them. These ideas we call 'alternative ideas' which are conceps created by each individual or who have "inherited" (explained) of another person in responser to certain events that have already ocurred and continue to occur in our environment.
'His relationship with the teaching-learning process has to do with that new concepts and theories are assimilated or related to alternative conceptions related duly evolved. Alternative conceptions and scientific concepts are related and are part of a single process, the evolution of concept formation, controlled and directed by the language '. (Vygotsky, 1981)
That is, each individual creates a new concept, model or scientific theory that is internalized by the concepts already acquired since childhood. Living in society we share these theories and verify the kiss of the thoughts of each, allowing the transformation of new concepts changing in some cases the idea itself. It is not always favorable, sometimes changed the alternative idea that everyone has about certain things and sometimes not.
For all this, it is important to work alternative conceptions with students pose certain cases, so they can think critically and argue their ideas in order to arrive at a correct answer.
In this case adaptation and evolution, we start understanding that there are today according to the theories raised (intentional Characters of evolution, transmission of acquired characters, Fixism, Catastrophism and the absence of intraspecific variability) on species currently inhabiting Earth, as we explained that come from other various species that existed in the past, through a process of evolution with modification.
For this we propose the following alternative concepts citing case 1 on the theories of the evolution of Lamark and Darwin, and after this, several cases on adaptation and evolution (focusing on the natural environment of wildlife in Cullera), we see in other posts.
